Why can't I personalize my tickets?

You have received an email regarding the personalization of your ticket(s) to the email address you used when placing the order. In that email you can find more information on how to personalize your tickets and between which dates this is possible.

Note: Each ticket needs to be personalized with a different email address to avoid ticket resale. The information may also be used to inform fans about the festival. In case you are unsure who is coming with you please wait until a few days before the deadline to personalize the ticket(s). If there is someone in your group that does not have a personal email address then please consider creating a new one. If you have children and do not want to create an email address for them, please let us know!
