To find out the refund or change policy for a specific event, please type in an event or venue in the search bar.
Note: Whether a change is possible or not depends on the event! Before sending a change or refund request, please check the FAQ on the festival's official website and the Terms & Conditions of the event's organization. Keep in mind that only the main buyer of the order can request a change or a refund. If you are not the main buyer, we advise you to contact the main buyer first. Requests sent by other than the official buyer will not be processed.
If you can't find any information about your event regarding refunds or changes, then please fill in your request via our Contact Form. To process these requests as efficiently as possible, we ask you not to use the chat.
In case you have purchased Booking Protection (tickets insurance), you can contact them here.
Some events offer one or several of the following options:
- Ticket transfer if ticket personalization IS NOT required: You can transfer your e-tickets to any other person.
- Ticket transfer if ticket personalization IS required: You might be able to purchase a “Name Change” to transfer your ticket to any other person.
- Upgrade: please check on the website or in the FAQ if it is possible to purchase upgrade packages.
- Some events have very strict “No cancelations / No changes” policies (unless documented medical reasons or death).
