At the moment we do not know exactly when your refund will be processed. This is due to the measures caused by COVID-19. Therefore, we are currently unable to process your change of account.
All refunds will be processed on the accounts used during payment.
We recommend that you contact your bank to see if they can still forward the refund to your new account. Should they not be able to help, the refund will be returned automatically. When this happens, we will contact the main buyer to ask for new bank account details.
