Refunds related to Covid-19 are dependent on the policy of the organization of the event you have tickets for. Approved refunds will take several weeks to process. In accordance with measures created by the event sector and the Dutch government, there are maximums to the amount of time an organization can take to process refunds. In case of postponed events, refunds have to be processed one month after the new date of the event at the latest. In case of canceled events, refunds have be processed 3 months after the canceled date of the event at the latest. Please see here for details.
