In this case, you can let us know directly via the Contact Form or Speak with an Agent or Speak with an Agent below so we can cancel the existing ticket(s) and send you a new one(s). Please remember to mention your full name, order ID or payment reference, and include a proof of payment (i.e. a copy or a screenshot of the bank statement which shows the transaction/payment made to Paylogic).
