- Please check that you have used the correct billing address for your card and that you have correctly entered all details, including the card number, expiry date and security code(CVC).
- Please wait 15 minutes to make sure that your payment was not successful and then try again. You could try to place the order using a different credit card, payment method (such as PayPal), a different browser or a different computer/IP address.
- On rare occasions, you should contact your bank to make sure that they allow international transactions
