- What are the payment methods available?
We accept the following payment methods:
- American Express
- VISA credit
- Do I need to have an account with Paylogic?
No, you do not need to have an account with Paylogic in order to book tickets for ADE. You will have to submit a one-time registration with the information from your ADE account during the order process, but this will not result in creating a Paylogic account. This means, if you have a Paylogic account already, ADE tickets can not be found by logging into your Paylogic account.
- I received an error during my credit card payment, what can I do?
Please note that all the information needs to match with the credit card. Please make sure that your bank allows international transactions. If this is the case, please try again with another card. Otherwise you will have to re-enter the queue to try again with a different payment method. If you still receive the error message, please contact us.
- Can I change my email address?
To change an email address we need a proof of payment from the main buyer in order to prevent that the wrong person has access to your tickets (i.e. a copy or a screenshot of the bank statement which shows the transaction/payment made to Paylogic).
