Changing the email address of the main buyer is possible. To initiate the process, please submit your request via the contact form.

To ensure security and verify the request, we require a proof of payment from the main buyer. This can be in the form of a photo or screenshot of your transaction to Paylogic, displaying the transaction date and amount. For specific payment methods, additional information is required:

• Credit Card Payments: The proof of payment should show the last 4 digits of your credit card number.
• PayPal: Provide a screenshot of the transaction from your PayPal account, including the PayPal invoice ID – a 12-digit number starting with "20".
• Other Payment Methods: Include the payment reference, which can be found in your bank statement's description.

Kindly note that an order confirmation does not qualify as valid proof of payment.
