Some organisations allow you to change the name of your tickets. You can check if this option is available by clicking on the "Manage Order" button in the confirmation email.
1. Go to your “My Order” page and click on “More Actions”
2. Select "Change name."
3. Enter the e-mail address of the new ticket holder.
4. Pay for the transaction (the name change will be made once the order is completed/paid for).
5. You will be taken to a new "My Order" page and you will see that the ticket has been sent to the new ticket holder. Select "Confirm" to complete the name change.
Please note that the new order remains in the name of the main buyer of the original order. The name change will also be paid for by the original order purchaser.
If you did not receive a personalization link, it means the name on the ticket is irrelevant. What is important is the unique barcode that is scanned at the entrance to the event. This means that it is possible for anyone to use the ticket with the permission of the main buyer.
