You can change the name of the ticket(s) in your order through the MyOrder page. Please note that the new order will always be on the name of the main buyer of the original order. Also, the name change (new order) will be paid by the main buyer of the original order.
To change the name on your ticket, please follow these steps:
- Select 'Name Change' via MyOrder
- Fill in the email address of new attendee
- Proceed to check out ( name change request is sent upon checkout completion)
- You will land on a new MyOrder page and you will see that the ticket has been sent to friend
- To complete the name change select Confirm.
