Did you buy the wrong ticket? Or would you want to upgrade your order? In these cases, you can request a change to your order. If you are not the main buyer, we advise you to contact the main buyer first, as change requests will only be processed if they are sent by the official buyer.
Please note: Some events have a very strict "No cancellations / No changes" policy, whether a change is possible or not depends on the event! Before sending a change request, please check the FAQ on the event's official website and the Terms & Conditions of the event's organisation.
Some events offer one or more of the following options:
- Change ticket type / day
- Upgrade: check the website or FAQ to see if it is possible to purchase upgrade packages.
These options may be available via the “Manage Order” button found at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Changing tickets via the Change tool
If changing via My Order is possible you are able to choose which ticket you would like to change. After selecting the ticket, the value of it is turned into credit that can be exchanged for another ticket. If you are upgrading to a ticket of a higher price, then you only need to pay the difference.
Please note: if you are downgrading and you do not use the entirety of your credit, the unused amount will not be refunded.
If you cannot find whether you are eligible for a change of your ticket(s), you can fill in a change request via our contact form. Please make sure to provide a reason for your request.
