Some events or festivals require personalization of your ticket(s).
Personalisation is important to:
- Prevent and and minimise illegal resale of tickets for a higher value.
- Maximise security by identifying visitors.
To personalise your ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email after completing an order with payment. This email contains a link and asks you to enter personal information (such as each visitor's full name, email address and date of birth).
- To claim a ticket, click on 'Personalise'.
- Select one of the tickets, click on “Assign” and select “Claim ticket for myself” to personalise a ticket for yourself.
- Your information is prefilled from the purchase, but you can edit some of the information if necessary.
- Once you have completed the personalization step, you successfully claim a ticket!
Note: Personalization is available only within certain dates depending on the event! Please make sure to fill in the requested information within this timeframe.
