Did you receive an email regarding the personalisation of your ticket(s) to the email address you used when placing the order? In that email you will find more information on how to personalise your tickets and when this is possible.
Please note that each ticket must be personalised with a different email address to prevent the ticket from being resold. The information can also be used to inform ticket holders about the festival.
If you are not sure who is going with you, wait until a few days before the deadline to personalise the ticket(s). If there is someone in your group who does not have a personal email address, consider creating a new one. If you have children and do not want to create an email address for them, please contact us.
