The organization informed ticket buyers of the event's cancellation on June 30. On July 12, further information was provided about the options regarding donating or keeping your ticket. If you chose to keep your ticket(s), your current ticket type - once sales for the next edition have started - will be upgraded. This means the following:
- General Access will be upgraded to Golden Circle Ticket
- Golden Circle will be upgraded to VIP Ticket
- VIP Ticket will be upgraded to an Ultra VIP Experience Ticket
