Sell tickets via the re-sell platform
Have you purchased a ticket for The Streamers, but are you unable to attend the show in the GelreDome? Then you can easily sell your ticket via our official re-sell platform .

How do I sell my ticket?
Step 1: Go to the confirmation email of your ticket purchase
Step 2: Click on the 'Manage order' button to go to the order page
Step 3: Click on More actions → Resale
Step 4: Select the ticket you want to sell and determine the price

Buy tickets via the re-sell platform
Do you want to buy a ticket for the event, but are the tickets sold out in the ticket shop? No worries! Tickets are regularly offered via our official resell platform from people who sell their ticket(s).

How does it work?
Step 1: Select one of the available tickets for the desired day via our official re-sell platform .
Step 2: Create an account
Step 3: Enter your payment details and purchase the ticket of your choice
Step 4: You will then receive a confirmation and/or personalized email

Can I offer multiple tickets?
You can offer one ticket or multiple tickets.

When will I receive the money for my sold ticket(s)?
This amount will be refunded to the account with which the ticket was purchased within 10 working days after selling the ticket. You will receive a refund of the purchase amount minus the service costs. These service costs are incurred when purchasing your tickets.

Am I assured that my ticket(s) will be sold?
The resell platform works based on supply and demand. We cannot guarantee that the ticket will be sold.

Can I offer my ticket(s) for a different price than I bought them?
You can offer the ticket(s) for a minimum of 90% of the sales price and for a maximum of 100% of the sales price.

Is this the only channel on which I can sell or buy my ticket(s)?
This is the official resale channel for The Streamers tickets.
Through this channel you can be sure that the tickets you buy or sell are legal and provide access to the concert in the GelreDome.
