To personalise your ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email after completing your order with a payment. This email contains a link and asks you to enter personal information (such as each visitor's full name, email address and date of birth).
- To claim a ticket, click on 'Personalise'.
- Click 'Claim' to personalise a ticket for yourself
- Select the ticket you want to claim. Your information is prefilled from the purchase, but you can edit some of the information if necessary.
- Click on 'Confirm' to claim the ticket for yourself
- You then have the option to either send the remaining tickets to the email addresses of the people attending with you so that they can fill in their own details, or you can provide the same email address for personalising all the tickets.
