Each visitor must personalize his/her ticket(s) to gain access to the festival.

How to send ticket(s) to a friend for personalization?

• Send a ticket to a friend for personalization by clicking 'Send'.

• Select the ticket(s) you want to send, enter your friend's email address and click "Confirm."

• Your friend(s) will receive an email asking them to claim their ticket(s).

Cancel invitation

• Sent to the wrong friend? You can cancel the invitation as long as the friend has not yet claimed the ticket(s). Click on "Cancel invitation".

• The ticket is now 'cancelled' and can be sent to another friend!
