To get into the My Order system, you can click on "manage order" in your confirmation email. When you open the system, you will be taken to the home screen.
On the home screen, you will get a general overview with the tickets listed under your order. You will also find your order number, date of the event and location.
There are also other options for each event. For example, personalization options, exchange options and/or resale options.
If personalization is required for your order, you will need to assign your tickets.
You select the ticket to be personalized and click "assign tickets."
You get the option to choose "claim ticket for myself" or "send to friend". When you use the ticket you can click on "claim ticket for myself". The ticket will then automatically appear in your name.
When the ticket is used by someone else, click on "send to friend". Here you enter the e-mail address of the person concerned. This person will then receive an e-mail with the possibility to personalize their own ticket.
Please note that each ticket must contain a unique name and an e-mail address can only be used once.
Once your ticket is personalized, you can view it under completed. Here you can also see the name of the ticket so you can check if everything went well. If you want to make a change to a specific ticket, you can do so by clicking on the three bullets on the right. The page will then display the possible options for that ticket.
If you have offered your tickets for resale, you can find this at the bottom of the My Order page. Here you can see which ticket you have offered and at what price.
If you wish to cancel the sale or change the price, you can do so by clicking on the three bullets on the right.
Note: It is not possible to resell your tickets for every event. For more information, please visit the official FAQ for your event.
For all other actions, you can click on "more actions."
