Selling your ticket
Option sale (waiting list)
You want to offer your ticket for sale through the waiting list. Under "more actions" you can see if the option "sale" is available. If this option is not available, it is unfortunately not possible to sell your tickets through the waiting list. To answer your question, please refer to our help page.

Select the ticket you want to offer for sale. Click confirm and your ticket will be successfully offered for sale through the waiting list.
Please note that by clicking confirm you agree to the terms and conditions.
You have now successfully offered the ticket for sale through the waiting list.
Once there is demand for your ticket on our waiting list and payment is completed by the new buyer, your tickets will be refunded (excluding service fees) and your barcodes will be cancelled. As long as there is no demand for your tickets, it is possible to remove your offered tickets from sale.
Unfortunately, because tickets are only sold when there is demand, offering tickets on the waiting list does not guarantee a refund.
Resale
You want to offer your ticket for sale via the resale platform. Under "more actions" you can see if the option "resale" is available. If this option is not available, it is unfortunately not possible to sell your tickets via the official resale platform. To answer your question, please refer to our help page.

Select the ticket you want to offer for sale. Select the amount for which you want to offer the ticket for sale that meets the specified requirements. When the ticket is sold, you will receive a refund for the specified amount.
Please note that when you click confirm, you agree to the terms and conditions.
You have now successfully offered the ticket for sale. As soon as the ticket is sold, you will receive an email about it.
Name Change
You want to change the name on the ticket. Under "more actions" you can see if the option "Name Change" is available. If this option is not available, it is unfortunately not possible to change the name on the ticket itself. To answer your question, please visit our help page.

Name Change allows you to change the name on a ticket that has already been personalized. Select the ticket for which you want to change the name and then enter the email address of the new ticket holder.Then choose the desired payment method and pay for the transaction (the name change will take effect once the order is completed/paid for).
Please note that the new order will remain in the name of the main buyer of the original order. The name change will also be paid for by the main buyer of the original order.
When you perform the next step, you will receive confirmation of a new order and the new participant will receive a request to personalize the tickets.
You will come to a new "My Order" page and see that the ticket has been sent to the new ticket holder. Select "Confirm" to complete the name change. You will receive confirmation of a new order and the new ticket holder will receive an email allowing them to personalize their ticket.
Change tickets
You want to change the ticket type for the same event. Under "More actions" you can see if the option "Change ticket" is available. If this option is not available, it is unfortunately not possible to change the ticket itself. To answer your question, please refer to our help page.

Changed plans? Select the ticket you want to change and use the total value to purchase other tickets.
You can now choose your desired tickets through the official sales platform. Then go to the checkout to make your change and finalise.
You can order tickets with a total value equal to or greater than the total credit value. Unfortunately, if you downgrade, you cannot use the remaining credit for other orders and the credit will be converted into a donation.
When the change is complete, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. Once completed, the new tickets will also be visible on your MyOrder page.
