We understand that this can be very stressful, especially when the event is taking place in a couple of hours. However there are some solutions so you still can enjoy your event or concert.
- Check your bank account
At first we want to ask you to check your bank account to see if there was indeed a successful transaction towards us. You can find this transaction by looking for the name ‘Paylogic’ or the name of the event you bought tickets for. This transaction also contains a unique transaction number that we can use to trace back your payment.
Lost my order confirmation
- Check your inbox and spam
In certain cases it might happen that you lost your order confirmation. Just a click too fast a couple of weeks ago and the order confirmation ended up in your bin, and now the entire order confirmation is automatically deleted. Or your inbox has marked our emails as spam and you have not received the initial order confirmation at all.
- Resend order confirmation
For these kinds of issues it is quite easy to find your order back. Our Manage Order page might be the first thing you want to check out. Over here you can fill in the email address that you used during the ordering process and your tickets for upcoming events will be sent towards that email address.
I still have not received my order, or I never received it in the first place
- Check potential other email addresses as well
It might happen that during the ordering process a small typo has been made, or a different email address was used.
We kindly want to ask you to also check other possible email addresses that might have been used to be sure.
- Fill in our contact form
A typo can also occur, in general we want to ask you to contact us via our contact form we will do our best to pick up your request before the event takes place. Mention in your email the unique payment number, or use your payment number as an order ID. This number is a 12-digit long number that starts with 20.
My event/concert takes place in a couple of hours
- Go to the event
We still want to advise you to go towards the event/concert that you bought tickets for. Download or save the transaction towards us on your phone, or make sure that you can open the proof of payment on the location of the event/concert.
Most events have a troubleshoot area at the entrance, these troubleshooters have a unique skill set to help you out the best way possible. If your payment indeed was successful the troubleshooters will be able to trace back your order on the spot. However they need the proof of payment, hence why you should make sure that you can get to it easily.
Even though you might be already putting on your shoes or are on your way to the event, we still want to ask you to fill in our contact form. We will do our best to pick this up before you arrive at the event/concert so you can directly go into the queue to enter the venue or festival grounds.
