For tickets that have been personalized you can process a name change.
- Click at the 'Manage order' button at the bottom of your confirmation email or log in with your Best Kept Secret-account. If you cannot find the confirmation email anymore, you can request it again via this link.
- At the top of the page, click 'More actions' and then 'Name change'. Select the ticket for which you want to change the name.
- Fill in the email address of the person that needs to receive the ticket and complete the payment. This person will receive an invitation to personalize the ticket.
Please keep in mind that for processing a name change a small fee is charged.
