It’s possible to upgrade your tickets. Just follow the steps below:
- Go to your Order Status by clicking the button: ‘Manage order’ at the bottom of your confirmation email from Paylogic;
- Click on ‘More actions’ and then on ‘Change tickets’;
- Choose which tickets you want to upgrade and then click ‘Continue’;
- You will be taken to a new ticketshop, choose which tickets you want to buy here;
- Your old order amount will be deducted from the total amount in the checkout process.
