We recommend having everyone's own name on the tickets, otherwise entry to the event may be denied. You can make a name change via the MyOrder page of your order, which can be found at the ‘Manage Order’ button at the bottom of the confirmation email.
There are several reasons why service fees may be requested. These services are relevant each time you purchase or modify a ticket, as new processing steps apply.
So the service fee is used for all services related to your order:
- Operation and maintenance of our computer systems
- Data processing
- Customer service
- Security & fraud prevention
