To get access to your ticket(s), you will need to personalise them. Click on the “personalise” button in the confirmation email to claim the ticket(s). You can claim one ticket under your name, and personalise the rest under the name of whoever is attending with you. Adding information is possible from Aug 1, 2024, 12:00 AM CEST till Oct 13, 2024, 11:59 PM CEST. 

Once all tickets have been personalised, you (as the main buyer) will receive confirmation of this via email. Please take note that the tickets will only be sent to you once every single ticket has been personalised and on the 14th of October.
