If this does not get you any results, please send an email to email@example.com, so we can resend your ticket(s) and/or confirmation email to your email address.
Please note that your ticket(s) will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to the event!
In case of a short time frame prior to the event, making it impossible for us to resend your ticket(s) by email, you can also obtain your tickets at the entrance of the festival.
Please encounter someone of the Paylogic staff at the entrance, taking the identification of the main buyer. They will be able to help you out.
Note: Be aware that it can take some extra time before you will be able to access the event.
