It may happen that you cannot find the confirmation email of your order. This email contains the link to download or retrieve your e-tickets.
We recommend you to check you inbox thoroughly also including your “Spam” folder:
Notice! The confirmation and follow-up emails are sent to the email address that was used to place the order. Therefore, in case you have not received the notifications, you can try checking your other usual email accounts. It may happen that you placed the order using a different email.
It is also possible to access your Paylogic account by clicking "My Paylogic". There you can access your order and download your ticket(s) directly. If you can’t access your Paylogic account please see I can’t access my Paylogic Account.
If, after following these recommendations, you are still not able to locate the confirmation email and retrieve your ticket(s), you can always CONTACT US. It’s always useful to provide your order number, payment reference and/or full name!
