If you lost track of your printed ticket(s) or believe that they may have been stolen, you might be worried about someone else accessing the event or festival with it (them).
In this case, you can CONTACT US directly so we can cancel the existing ticket(s) and send you a new one(s). Please remember to mention your full name, order ID or payment reference, and include a proof of payment (i.e. a copy or a screenshot of the bank statement which shows the transaction/payment made to Paylogic).
