Like last year, Best Kept Secret uses ticket personalisation. This way, the organisation gets a better idea of who the BKS audience is. Additionally, personalisation can help in reducing black market ticket sales.
How do I personalise my tickets?
After completing your purchase you receive a confirmation email from Paylogic. This email does not contain your tickets yet. In order to receive your tickets you need to personalise them first. This can be done from the moment of purchase.
First you claim one ticket for yourself. If you bought more than one ticket you can send an invitation to your friends. They can personalise their own ticket to their name. Tickets that have been personalised can be downloaded from two days before the event.
