To change your tickets we would like to ask the following of you:
We would like to ask you to place a new order with the required tickets and send us the new order number. After this we will cancel and refund your incorrectly ordered tickets.

Please note! The new order must meet two requirements:

• The total value of your order must be equal or higher than the current order value.
• Tickets must have been purchased from Paylogic. We cannot process a change if tickets were not purchased from us.

The organisation has agreed to refund the ticket price minus a refund fee of 1.95 EUR. A change is not possible if the tickets are sold out.
