After placing your order you will receive your order confirmation email from us. This email contains your ''sealed'' ticket(s). The actual e-ticket(s) will be sent to your email a few days before the festival.

You can also find an overview of your tickets on your ''MyOrder'' page. You can access this page by clicking ''Manage order'' in your confirmation email.
