Within your personal order environment, all details surrounding personalisation for the event can be found. Here you can see when tickets can be personalised and when they are available for download. You can also enter and modify all data directly in this environment.

Your order can be accessed via the ‘manage order’ button in the confirmation e-mail. If you do not have this e-mail to hand, you can easily request an overview of all your orders via this link. You will receive the overview by e-mail. Click on the correct order to go to your order.
