How do I personalise my tickets?
- Personalisation is possible from 17 February 2025.
- Click the button at the bottom of your order confirmation e-mail to go to your order.
- You will now be taken to your order page.
- Choose ‘Assign tickets’.
You now have two options:
‘Claim ticket for yourself’ to assign a ticket to your own name.
‘Send to friend’ if you want to put a ticket in someone else's name.
Can I change the name on a ticket?
No problem. This can be done on the day of the concert. For concert tickets that have already been personalised, you can make a name change.
How does this work?
- Click the button at the bottom of your order confirmation e-mail to go to your order.
- You will now be taken to your order page.
- In the menu, choose ‘More actions’ and ‘Name change’.
- Select the correct ticket (goes automatically if you only have one ticket).
- Fill in the requested details and select the correct payment method.
- Complete the Name Change by paying.
Be aware that a small fee per ticket will be charged for the change.
Please note that only the main buyer can initiate a name change.
