Personalisation is a process used to prevent or reduce black market ticket sales. This helps to keep the market for obtaining tickets safe and fair.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Personalize button.
Click on the link in the email, you will be redirected to your personal MyOrder page. You can then claim the ticket(s). For the extra tickets, you can invite your friend(s) by entering their email address. They will then receive an invitation by email, after which they can claim the relevant ticket by creating an account or logging in.
