Please follow the steps below on how to personalise your ticket(s):
- After ordering your tickets, the main buyer will receive a confirmation email. Can’t find the confirmation email? Request a new one here.
- Click on the button “Personalise”
- You can then choose to “claim” or “assign” the tickets. If you “claim” the tickets, you put them in your own name. By “assigning” you can personalise the ticket(s) on the name of the other ticketholder(s)
- Remember: ALL your tickets need to be personalised to receive them.
Please note: if you select “Claim all” during the personalisation process, all tickets will automatically be put in the main buyer’s name.
The deadline to personalise your ticket(s) is 26th of April 2025.
