Personalisation is a process that some event organisers use to prevent or reduce black market ticket sales. This helps keep the market for obtaining tickets safe and fair.
The main buyer can allocate your tickets per person. You will find this option in your account (MyOrder) when you click on ‘manage order’ at the bottom of the order confirmation email.
You will see a new page where you need to enter the email address of the person who will accompany you. Please note that each email address must be unique in order for each ticket to be named.
If you run into an error sending a ticket, you can always cancel the invitation of your tickets. You can do this by going to your MyOrder environment and scrolling down to the ticket sent in error. Next to the ticket name are three dots. If you then click on these, you will be given the options to rename, share or cancel the invitation.
If you have lost your order confirmation, go to the ‘Manage my tickets’ page. Here you can retrieve your order confirmation.
