Each ticket must be personalised with a unique name to prevent black market sales and ensure fairness.
You can assign tickets to individuals by following these steps:
- Go to your confirmation mail and click on the ‘Manage Order’ button
- This will take you to the webpage of your order
- Please click on the individual ticket you want to personalise
- Select the ‘Assign ticket’ option
- You can choose to claim a ticket for yourself or to send it to a friend
- Fill in the relevant information
- Repeat the process from step three until all tickets are personalised
Please note: all tickets must be claimed to unique email addresses.
If you encounter an error, you can cancel the ticket invitation by going to the specific ticket and clicking the three dots next to it to rename, share, or cancel the invitation.
If you have lost your order confirmation, go to the ‘Manage my tickets’ page. Here you can retrieve your order confirmation.
