If you received an email with a personalization link, this indicates that the ticket is bound to the name. The name on the ticket should match the name of the participant as written on their ID.
For certain events, it is possible to change the name on the ticket. To see if Ticket Transfer is available, please refer to the event website carefully. If Ticket Transfer is offered on the website of the event, it is possible to transfer your ticket to someone else.
If you did not receive a personalization link, this means the name on the ticket is not relevant. Important is that the unique barcode will be scanned at the entrance of the event. This means that it is possible for anyone to use the ticket with the main buyer’s permission.

Ticket Transfer is a platform that allows you to change the name on your tickets. If Ticket Transfer is available for the event you're attending, it will be stated on the website. On the event's website you can also find the link to change the name on your ticket.
We kindly ask you to use the email address that you filled in when placing the order and the barcode from the ticket which you would like to change.
Please note that by transferring the ticket, this will create a new order for the new owner. Therefore, the original ticket will automatically be canceled and won't show in your order anymore.
