Ordering and Payment

  • Where can I preregister for Tomorrowland 2019?

Pre-registration for Tomorrowland 2019 Ticket sale is necessary.
You can pre-register on the Tomorrowland website starting on from December 15th. 15H15 CET - February 1st 2019, 20H00 CET. Pre-register and create your personal Tomorrowland Account in order to enter the Tomorrowland ticket sales. Important: Pre-registration does not guarantee you a ticket.

 

  • I want to change the information in my Pre-Registration.

During your booking, you are able to change the information. When a payment for your order is completed it is not possible to change your details anymore.

 

  • Regarding the Belgian Pre-Sale: can someone who lives in Belgium buy tickets for friends living abroad?

You can only participate the Belgian Pre-Sale if you are registered with a Belgian address.  People outside of Belgium can participate in the Worldwide Pre-Sale and Worldwide Ticket Sale.

 

  • How can I order for Tomorrowland?

You have to be pre-registered for the Worldwide Pre-Sale, and / or for the Worldwide Ticket Sale. After registration, you will get a link to access the ticket shop on the day of the Sale. You can pre-register here.

 

  • Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Tickets cannot be cancelled. All purchases are final.

If you no longer wish to use your ticket, you can register your ticket at the online exchange desk. If other people are looking for the type of ticket you wish to sell, a refund will be possible with the exception of the payment cost. If there is no demand for your ticket, your ticket will not be refunded. All refunds will take place after the festival.

More information will be available a few weeks after the ticket sales, on the website of Tomorrowland.

Important! Global Journey Packages are neither refundable nor exchangeable. It is not possible to change, cancel or get a refund for the packages you have bought. This information is displayed in the Terms and Conditions of Global Journey, which can be reviewed during the order process.

 

  • I lost / deleted my pre-registration email. How can I order tickets?

Please send an email to info@tomorrowland.com asap. Without your personal link in the pre-registration email, you are not able to buy tickets.

 

  • Do I need to have an account with Paylogic?

No, you do not need to have an account with Paylogic in order to book tickets for Tomorrowland. You will have to submit a one-time registration with your information during the order process, but this will not result in creating an account.

 

  • If I get the message "Paylogic is busy processing orders", what does that mean?

Something went wrong here, we are sorry. Please try to go back by clicking the 'back' button in your browser. If that does not work, refresh your screen by pressing F5 or the refresh button in your browser.

 

  • Is there anything I should NOT do during the sale?

Please do NOT refresh unless you receive a message on your screen or Paylogic and Tomorrowland informs you to refresh.

 

  • I am having trouble navigating to the next page. What do I do?

If the 'next' button right of the Paylogic logo is inoperable, you can navigate through the booking process by clicking the tabs (like 'registration'), on the top of the screen.

 

  • I received an error during my credit card payment, what can I do?

Unfortunately, you can only pay once, If this payment went wrong you will have to re-enter the queue to try again with a different payment method.

Tickets

  • I cannot attend the event anymore, can I not sell my tickets?

You are never allowed to sell your ticket to a third party. Selling a ticket with profit is also forbidden by Law (law of July, 1, 2013, fines up to 60.000 euros)’. A third buyer will never be allowed to enter the festival.

 

  • What if I have bought the wrong parking or locker ticket?

Please inform tomorrowland@paylogic.be if this is the case.

 

  • Do I need to take my e-tickets to the festival?

No. If you have your bracelets then you're all set to go. If you do not have your bracelets, then please bring your e-ticket(s) and ID.

Bracelets

  • Can I change the delivery address?

 

  • Important! email the legal attest of change of residence, order number, old address, and your new address.
  • After March 15th, 2019 it is not possible to change addresses.

 

 

GLOBAL JOURNEY address and name changes:

For more info about address changes, please check your order in the Global Journey Manage My Booking platform.

 Be careful when finalizing your purchase. Name changes are not possible. Only in case of urgent matter, Global Journey will accept name changes until 30/04/2019 implying a fee of €350-, per name change. After this date, no name changes will be accepted.

 Important reason: your Treasure Case with Tomorrowland Bracelet needs to be sent to your home address.

 

  • How do we receive the bracelets if we are traveling?

Please inform info@tomorrowland.com in the beginning of July if you did not receive your Bracelets or when you are traveling.

 

  • When can I expect the bracelets?

Please check the Tomorrowland website for updates on the shipment date of the bracelets.

 

  • Can our friends receive our bracelets for us and give them later to us?

For most countries, it should not be a problem. If your friend receives your bracelet, they need to identify themselves. We suggest giving them a copy of your ID, so the postal service can verify that you have authorized them.

 

  • There are a lot of problems with the post in our country, is it possible to get the bracelets in a different way?

Tomorrowland will try to send out all bracelets. If you haven't received the bracelets by the time of the festival, then please bring your personalized e-ticket and your ID to get your bracelet at the pickup desk.

 

  • Our country only makes use of P.O.Boxes, will Tomorrowland still send the bracelets?

Unfortunately, we are not able to send Bracelets to a Postbox address. If you have not received your bracelets in time, please bring your personalized e-tickets and your ID to the festival and collect the bracelets at the pick up desk.

 

  • What if I have not yet received the bracelets, by mid-July?

Please bring your personalized e-tickets and your ID to the festival and collect the bracelets at the pick up desk.

Exchange desk

  • I have submitted for resell. What will happen if nobody wants my tickets?

You will be informed before the beginning of July 2019, if no one wants your tickets.

 

  • I really cannot go, can I not sell my tickets?

You can, however, submit your ticket to the exchange desk. A few weeks after the ticket sales will be announced on the official website of Tomorrowland.

 

 

  • When will I get the refund for the tickets I put on the exchange desk?

If you have received a confirmation from Tomorrowland that your tickets were accepted by the Tomorrowland exchange desk, then you can expect your refund within 2 weeks after Tomorrowland 2019 has taken place.

Dreamville

  • Where can I find information about Dreamville?

All information about Dreamville can be found on the website of Tomorrowland.

 

  • I have bought a festival ticket but forgot to buy my Dreamville ticket. Can I still buy a Dreamville ticket?

Under no circumstances, your ticket can be upgraded nor changed. DreamVille tickets cannot be bought separated, only as a DreamVille Package.

  • What is the re-entry policy of Tomorrowland?

 

Tomorrowland Day Bracelet = no re-entry

Tomorrowland Full Madness Regular/Comfort = re-entry possible the day after.

 

You cannot re-enter Tomorrowland on the same day.

 

DreamVille Bracelet  = For safety reasons you can only re-enter DreamVille every day as from 15h00.
