General information

  • When does the ADE take place?

The Amsterdam Dance Event takes place from Wednesday the 21st October until Sunday the 25th of October.

  • Where does the festival take place?

ADE takes place at more than 100 locations in Amsterdam. As soon as the first locations are announced you'll find them here. In the coming months more and more locations will be added to this page. Keep a close eye on the ADE news page for the latest announcements.

  • What is the minimum age requirement to enter ADE?

For most ADE events you’ll have to be 18+. This however may differ at a number of venues as some events require a minimum age of 21. Please check the venues website beforehand to avoid
disappointment.

The ADE conference is accessible for all ages in general. Do note that when alcoholic beverages are served, access can be denied.

  • I forgot my password, what to do?

No worries, this happens to the best! Please click here to request a new password. Do note the ‘my ADE account’ and new password page, won’t be online until the 1st of August.

Conference Tickets

  • What kind of tickets are available?

This year you can choose between the following tickets:

- ADE Pro Pass (full conference, festivals & ADE by Day events)
- ADE Pack (ADE Pro Pass + Hotel)
- Single tickets to the ADE sub-conferences
- ADE Lab
- ADE Card

  • When do I receive my ADE Pass?

One week prior to the event you’ll receive your personal e-ticket with which you can come pick up your wristband at one of the ADE info & ticket centers during ADE. Please note that the wristband will grant you access to the program, not the e-ticket.

  • What is the minimum age requirement to enter the conference?

The ADE Conference is accessible for all ages in general. Do note that when alcoholic beverages are served, access can be denied.

  • Is it possible to transfer my registration?

No, all Conference Tickets are personal and non-transferable.

Ordering and payment

  •  What are the payment methods available?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Do I need to have a Paylogic account?

Yes, you do! If you do not have an existing Paylogic account you can create a new account during the order process.

  • I received an error during my credit card payment, what can I do?

Please note that all the information needs to match with the credit card. Please make sure that your bank allows international transactions. If this is the case, you might want to try a different card. If you still receive the error message, please contact us via adetickets@paylogic.eu.

  • Can I change my email address?

Yes, we however do need a proof of payment from the main buyer in order to prevent that the wrong person has access to your tickets (i.e. a copy or a screenshot of the bank statement which shows the transaction to Paylogic). Please send an e-mail with the proof of payment to adetickets@paylogic.eu.

My tickets

  • Can I give my ticket to someone else?

For all ADE festival tickets, the name on the ticket is not relevant. What is important is the unique barcode on the ticket. Tickets are transferable to any person. This, however does not apply for the ADE (Conference) Pass.

  • I would like to go to a different (ADE) event, can I swap my tickets?

Unfortunately, that’s not possible.

  • I can’t find my ticket(s), what to do?

Please check your spam folder or try to request your tickets again through this link. Still can’t locate your confirmation e-mail? Please contact us through our contact form and we’ll resend the tickets. In that case, we kindly ask you to also send us a proof of payment.
