General information

 

  • Where does the festival take place?

For the festival audience, ADE will present a virtual celebration of dance culture for a global audience, including a select number of COVID-Proof seated concerts and cross-cultural projects under the ADE Specials banner. You can find the first announced locations here. Keep a close eye on the ADE news page for the latest announcements.

  • What is the minimum age requirement to enter ADE?

ADE’s virtual celebration will be accessible freely for all. For some of the ADE Specials you’ll have to be 18+. Please check the venues website beforehand to avoid disappointment.

The ADE conference is accessible for all ages in general. Do note that when alcoholic beverages are served, access can be denied.

  • What kind of tickets are available?

The ADE Digital Pro Pass provides access to the complete ADE Pro 2020 digital conference and social networking platform.

  • When will I receive my pass?

One week prior to the event you will receive your personal e-ticket.

  •  What are the payment methods available?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Do I need to have a Paylogic account?

Yes, you do! If you do not have an existing Paylogic account you can create a new account during the order process.

  • I received an error during my credit card payment, what can I do?

Please note that all the information needs to match with the credit card. Please make sure that your bank allows international transactions. If this is the case, you might want to try a different card. If you still receive the error message, please contact us via adetickets@paylogic.eu.

  • Can I change my email address?

Yes, we however do need a proof of payment from the main buyer in order to prevent that the wrong person has access to your tickets (i.e. a copy or a screenshot of the bank statement which shows the transaction to Paylogic). Please send an e-mail with the proof of payment to adetickets@paylogic.eu.

  • I have another question, who can I contact?

My tickets

  • Can I give my ticket to someone else?

For all ADE festival tickets, the name on the ticket is not relevant. What is important is the unique barcode on the ticket. Tickets are transferable to any person. This, however does not apply for the ADE (Conference) Pass.

  • I would like to go to a different (ADE) event, can I swap my tickets?

Unfortunately, that’s not possible.

  • I can’t find my ticket(s), what to do?

Please check your spam folder or try to request your tickets again through this link. Still can’t locate your confirmation e-mail? Please contact us through our contact form and we’ll resend the tickets. In that case, we kindly ask you to also send us a proof of payment.
