If the payment was successful, you have received a confirmation mail from Paylogic. Like last year, we use ticket personalization. This way, we get a better idea of who the BKS audience is. Have you also bought tickets for your friends? They can personalize their own tickets. Log in to your Best Kept Secret-account to send them their tickets. After personalizing your ticket, you will receive the actual PDF-ticket with barcode by email one week before the start of the festival (30 May). This way, we hope to prevent the reselling of tickets for exorbitant prices via unofficial ticketing platforms. If you do wish to resell your ticket, this is possible via our own official Resale Platform.

After completing your purchase you receive a confirmation email from Paylogic. This email does not contain your tickets yet. In order to receive your tickets you need to personalize them first. This can be done from the moment of purchase.

First you claim one ticket for yourself. If you bought more than one ticket you can send an invitation to your friends. They can personalize their own ticket to their name. Tickets that have been personalized can be downloaded from one week before the event (30 May 2024).

For tickets that have been personalized you can process a name change.

1. Click at the 'Manage order' button at the bottom of your confirmation email or log in with your Best Kept Secret-account. If you cannot find the confirmation email anymore, you can request it again via this link.
2. At the top of the page, click 'More actions' and then 'Name change'. Select the ticket for which you want to change the name.
3. Fill in the email address of the person that needs to receive the ticket and complete the payment. This person will receive an invitation to personalize the ticket.

Please keep in mind that for processing a name change a small fee is charged.

Yes you can, through our Resale Platform! The main ticket buyer can do this.

How does it work?

• • Log in with your Best Kept Secret-account or go to your order via the confirmation email and click on the 'Manage Order' button.
  • Then click on 'More actions' and then 'Resale'.
  • Select the ticket you want to resell and enter an amount.
  • You can resell your ticket(s) for up to 100% of the face value (excluding service fees).
  • A fixed €10,- service fee will be charged to the person buying the ticket. Service fees originally paid are not refundable once you resell your ticket.
  • You will receive confirmation as soon as your ticket has been resold. You can withdraw your ticket at any time as long as it has not been resold or added to someone’s shopping basket.

Tickets can be scanned from a mobile device. It's not necessary to print your ticket.

Yes, it is possible to scan tickets from a mobile phone. Keep in mind that the internet connection is not always stable. We therefore advise you to download your ticket in advance on your phone. Also make sure that the brightness of your screen is at maximum.

At Best Kept Secret, everyone is welcome. Young or old, everyone is welcome to enjoy the festival. However, please note that there are no special baby/child facilities available at the festival - nor do we offer special discounts for children. If you are under 16, you must be accompanied by an adult.

Coming with a large group? Then you can get the limited edition Friends Ticket. That is a package of 10 times a Weekend ticket incl. camping tickets with € 15 discount per ticket.

At Best Kept Secret, weekend tickets are exchanged at the festival entrances for a wristband. These wristbands are personalized and linked to your ticket. When you give your wristband to someone else, it will be deactivated. You cannot transfer your wristband to someone else.
