If you have filled in your email address incorrectly, or no longer have access to the email address used to place the order, we can help you change it! To initiate the process, please submit your request via our contact form.
To ensure security and verify the request, we require a proof of payment from the main buyer. This can be in the form of a photo or screenshot of your transaction to Paylogic, displaying the transaction date and amount. For specific payment methods, additional information is required:
- Credit Card Payments: The proof of payment should show the last 4 digits of your credit card number.
- PayPal: Provide a screenshot of the transaction from your PayPal account, including the PayPal invoice ID – a 12-digit number starting with "20".
- Other Payment Methods: Include the payment reference, which can be found in your bank statement's description.
Kindly note that an order confirmation does not qualify as valid proof of payment.
