ENTRANCE TICKETS

An entrance ticket provides:

• Access to the grounds on one day and arrival time of your choice. You must enter the grounds within your time slot, of course you are welcome to stay for the rest of the day.
• Access to the music program.
• All activities included.
• Children up to 1 year of age free.

To spread out the crowds, it has been decided to work with arrival times this year. This means that you buy a ticket to enter within a specific time slot. You can then stay as long as you want until closing time. You cannot leave the grounds in between.

Be sure to arrive in time to still enter within your time slot. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee entry.

The regular entrance fee is between €19.50 - €29.50 including service charges. The price depends on the day and time you come. We recommend coming early in the day, then the ticket is the cheapest and it is relatively quiet.

Attractions and the winter plaza close at 10 p.m. Be sure to queue in time for your time slot. The music program continues until closing time.

ADD ON TICKETS

An add on ticket is your reservation for a curling alley, beer table or Hüttefest.You can check in on location with your ticket and will then be escorted to your rink, table or Hüttefest. 

Because this is a personal reservation, these tickets are nonrefundable.

Some events or festivals require personalization of your ticket(s).

Personalization is important to:
1. Prevent and and minimize illegal resale of tickets for a higher value.
2. Maximize security by identifying visitors.

To personalize your ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email after completing an order with payment. This email contains a link and asks you to enter personal information (such as each visitor's full name, email address and date of birth).

• To claim a ticket, click on 'Personalize'.

• Click 'Claim' to personalize a ticket for yourself

• Your information is prefilled from the purchase, but you can edit some of the information if necessary.

  

• Don’t forget to select the ticket you want to claim, and 'Confirm' to claim the ticket for yourself

• Once you have completed the personalization step, you successfully claimed a ticket!

Note: Personalization is available only within certain dates depending on the event! Please make sure to fill in the requested information within this timeframe.

Each visitor must personalize his/her ticket(s) to gain access to the festival.

How to send ticket(s) to a friend for personalization?

• Send a ticket to a friend for personalization by clicking 'Send'.

• Select the ticket(s) you want to send, enter your friend's email address and click "Confirm."

• Your friend(s) will receive an email asking them to claim their ticket(s).

Resend to friend

Cancel invitation

• Sent to the wrong friend? You can cancel the invitation as long as the friend has not yet claimed the ticket(s). Click on "Cancel invitation".

• The ticket is now 'cancelled' and can be sent to another friend!
