If you requested a refund before the 30th of May 2024, you will receive the following compensation:

• Full payment for your order including fee and transaction costs within 3 weeks.
• You will also receive a free ticket for Intents Festival 2024, where you can choose from the options: Friday Regular + Sunday Regular or Saturday Regular.
• You get access to the special ticket sale with which you are guaranteed to order tickets for Intents Festival 2025.

The ticket holders that filled in the refund tool before the 30th should have received an email with the codes to retrieve new tickets. 

If you filled in the refund tool but have not received anything, please also check your spam box (sometimes our emails end up in there). In case you have not received anything, we advise you to contact the organisation.

Only the tickets including camping access were replaced with a code. 

Please note: other tickets than camping tickets are not replaced with a code, these are simply cancelled and refunded. We understand that this might be frustrating, but there is nothing we can do about this unfortunately. We advise you to keep an eye on ticketswap for possible alternatives.

We will process your refund three weeks after the event has passed.
