Payment plans enable the customer to pay for Ticket(s) and/or Other Products (the total purchase price) in three instalments with a defined period in between each instalment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure to pay for all the instalments of your payment plan before 31/07. After this date it will not be possible to pay anymore.

If your payment fails, you will receive an automatic notice with a link to retry the payment.

If you wish to change your tickets, you can send a change request via our Contact Form.

If you can’t make it to the event, you can safely sell your tickets through TicketSwap.

Additionally, we also offer changing the name on your tickets if you wish to give your ticket to a friend, you can request this as the main buyer via our Contact Form.
