I lost my ticket(s)...
Is there a shuttle and/or transfer service from the airport to the hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any shuttles or transfers from the airport. However, trains from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Central Station depart regularly.
The tickets I bought for my group have my name on it, but I am unable to attend. How do we resolve this?
How unfortunate! You can contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
I did receive a confirmation email, but not my bus ticket(s)!
Your hotel voucher and bus- and event ticket(s) will be sent to you at a later date than your confirmation email. No later than two weeks prior to the event you may expect your ticket(s) in your inbox. If you have not received your ticket(s) at this moment, please contact us at email@example.com.
I lost my ticket(s) for my transfer/shuttle service, what should I do?
In this case, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resend your tickets. If you lose your ticket(s) during your stay, please contact Event Travel on +31 (0)38 4256730.
Does not apply for Andre Rieu Travel.
