I lost my ticket(s)...
My name and/or information is incorrectly stated.
In this case please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will modify your information as soon as possible.
I lost my Travel ticket(s)! What should I do?
Please try to search for ‘Paylogic Travel’ in your inbox and also check your spam folder.
If this does not get you any results, please send an email to email@example.com, so we can resend your ticket(s) and/or confirmation email to your email address.
Please note that your ticket(s) will be sent to you approximately two weeks prior to the event!
In case of a short time frame prior to the event, making it impossible for us to resend your ticket(s) by email, you can also obtain your tickets at the entrance of the festival.
Please encounter someone of the Paylogic staff at the entrance, taking the identification of the main buyer. They will be able to help you out.
Note: Be aware that it can take some extra time before you will be able to access the event.
I did receive a confirmation email, but no festival ticket(s)!
Your festival ticket(s) will be sent to you at a later date than the confirmation email. No later than two weeks prior to the event will you receive your hotel voucher and ticket(s) by email. If you have not received your ticket(s) at this moment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I provided the wrong email address, what should I do?
In case you provided an incorrect email address, but successfully completed the payment, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please enclose a proof of payment (e.g. a screenshot of your bank statement) so that we can modify your email address and resend the information to your correct email address.
