Can I change my hotel choice?

No, unfortunately this is not possible.
Only in exceptional situations there is a possibility to change your booking. If you think you are eligible for this exception, please send an email to travel@paylogic.com
As soon as we receive your request we will take it into consideration. However, we can not guarantee that changes can be made.

I would like to extend my booking, what are my options?

If the hotel capacity allows it, it is possible to extend your booking. For further information about extending your booking, please contact travel@paylogic.com

I would like to cancel (part of) my reservation.

Unfortunately, as stated in the terms, this is not possible. It is however possible to adjust the participant name(s) in order to give your package to someone else, please contact us at travel@paylogic.com for more information.
