I lost my ticket(s)...
I don't know / am not sure if my order was completed. What should I do?
Sometimes you may have left the payment process due to a loading error, internet connection issue or a window that is accidentally closed.
If you are in doubt if your order was completed keep the following in mind:
- When an order is completed with payment, a confirmation email is sent to the email address that was used to place the order in a matter of minutes (exceptions to this are Bank Transfer and PayPal payments, see I selected to pay with a Bank Transfer, when will I get my tickets? or What is Paypal?)
- When an order is not completed with a payment, it expires and becomes automatically cancelled. In this case, you should attempt placing a new order.
- Debit card Payments (also via iDEAL and Bancontact/Mister Cash), when successful, are immediately reflected in your account. However, some delay for our account to receive it and emit the confirmation may exist.
- It is not recommendable to perform numerous attempts without certainty of their success or failure.

How long should a payment take?
If you have selected 'direct debit' as your payment method, it may take up to 5 working days before your order is completely processed.
Regular bank transfers and Boleto can take up to 4 working days after you have wired the transaction.
All other Payment methods are direct payment methods, of which the transaction is immediately completed.
I have ordered, when do I get a confirmation mail?
The confirmation mail is sent immediately after completing the payment. It may take a few minutes before it reaches your email address.
If you did not receive it after 10 minutes, please check your spam folder as it might have ended up in there.
I did not finish my order, can I still finish it later?
If you have not finished your order, it will not be possible to finish it later on. For most events you will get 20 minutes to finish your order. If the 20 minutes have past, you can try again.
If you are not sure if you have paid for the order, then please check your bank account.
I lost connection during the payment, what do I do?
Check if the payment has been deducted from your account. If this is the case, you will receive your tickets. In case the payment has not been processed, please try again.
The connection to the payment server might have been lost due to your internet security settings: please check if you accept cookies per session and the settings of your firewall.
