I lost my ticket(s)...

I can’t access my Paylogic Account

If you have trouble accessing your Paylogic Account, consider the following:

  • You might have registered a different e-mail when registering your account. Try all your usual e-mail accounts.
  • In case you forgot your password, click on Forgot password? and follow the instructions to reset it.
  • Some events create only a temporary account with your e-mail when you place an order. It is then not possible to access it later on (for example: to re-download your e-tickets for a specific event). In this case, you can contact always CONTACT US. Remember to provide your order number, payment reference and/or full name!

If you are still doubting whether you have completed an order with payment you can always CONTACT US.

What is a Paylogic Account for? Why do I need this?

Your Paylogic Account is useful to store your name, email, address, telephone and other information that an event organizer needs to provide you with an e-ticket.

When you purchase ticket(s) for an event you can be asked to create either an event-related account or a Paylogic account. Only in the second case your Paylogic account will be useful when purchasing tickets for another event as all of your details will be filled out for you.

Additionally, a Paylogic Account allows you to retrieve your e-tickets for an event in case you need it!

You can always review your account’s information by logging in via My Paylogic.

Notice! For events or festivals that only create an event-related account for you in order to deliver the purchased ticket(s), you may not be able to directly retrieve your tickets by accessing your Paylogic Account (see I can’t access my Paylogic Account).

How do I create a Paylogic account?

During the order process you will be able to create an account at Paylogic which you can use again for your next purchase or to look up information on the ticket you have bought. The e-mail address you submit, will be the username of your Paylogic account.

During the registering process, you will also have to set up a password for your account. Your username and password will grant you access to your Paylogic account. 

This means that you will be able to review your information and retrieve your tickets by logging in via My Paylogic.

Can I change the email address of my Paylogic account?

It is not possible to change the e-mail address of your Paylogic account. If you would like to change the e-mail address (and therewith the user name of your Paylogic account) please CONTACT US to send a proof of payment of your last order (screenshot of the charge) and request the change.
