The Streamers will give a new concert in GelreDome next year. The Netherlands' biggest band will return to Arnhem on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 October 2024.

To prevent resale on the black market, the organisation is working with Mobile Ticket Only. You can view and manage your order via the button in your confirmation e-mail. 

No later than 48 hours before the event, your QR code(s) will be made available here. 

These QR code(s) are your admission ticket to the GelreDome. Did you not receive your purchase confirmation or did you delete it by mistake? To be sure, check your spam box for a PayLogic e-mail.

Can't make it to the event and want to resell your tickets? You can do so through our resale platform, the official channel to resell your tickets. The resale platform will open for the resale of tickets at some point during 2024. Keep an eye on our info page for the latest news about this platform.

Parking tickets can be purchased via the GelreDome website.

The cost depends on the chosen P-location. When buying a parking ticket, pay close attention to the navigation address. It may differ from the address of the concert venue. Some parking locations may require you to use a shuttle bus. In that case, parking ticket prices include shuttle buses.

As every year, accessibility tickets are available again. These tickets are sold in pairs. With an accessibility ticket, you buy a spot on the wheelchair deck and a spot for a companion. As a wheelchair user, you are obliged to come with an escort for your own safety. No exceptions can be made here.

Are you coming with more than 20 people? Then it's best to make a group request via The Streamers' contact form.

The organisation will consider all group requests and will approve them in order of request and based on availability. If you submit more than one group request, only one request will be approved in order to give as many people as possible the chance to get tickets. You cannot express a preference as to which request will be honoured; this will be done in order of request and availability. 

In a group request, you can request both sitting and standing places in the same request. 

If the request is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Within 10 days you can still change the request. So this means you can increase it (provided there are still tickets available) and decrease it but not less than 20 tickets.
